DOT NET FULL STACK

Seeking a technical consultant to support the decommissioning of the system - including its associated applications, databases, and infrastructure - while also contributing to ongoing .NET application development. Scope of Work Decommissioning (40%)

• Perform system inventory, dependency mapping, and impact analysis across the Java-based application and its integrations
• Identify and decommission or redirect interfaces, APIs, and batch processes
• Extract, archive, and/or migrate data in accordance with retention policies, with validation and reconciliation to ensure data integrity
• Retire application services, database instances, middleware, and third-party components in a controlled manner, including access removal and service termination
• Develop decommissioning plans, runbooks, and validation documentation
• Execute testing and controlled system shutdown in coordination with stakeholders

Application Development (60%)

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using
