• Partner with portal and ITSM product teams to understand releases and organizational impacts.
• Conduct change impact and stakeholder assessments.
• Build and execute communication/engagement plans using ADKAR.
• Create targeted communications and training/readiness materials.
• Coordinate change activities across multiple initiatives.
• Work with Corporate Marketing & Communications for messaging and approvals.
• Engage business stakeholders, leaders, champions, and SMEs.
• Track adoption metrics, feedback, and user sentiment.
