Job description

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Business Systems Analyst / Business Systems Architect to lead complex enterprise initiatives, define business and system requirements, and bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical architecture teams. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in enterprise systems, business process transformation, solution design, and requirements management., * Lead business and systems analysis for complex enterprise initiatives.

Define business capabilities, processes, functional requirements, and system requirements.
Partner with Enterprise/Solution Architects to develop scalable solutions.
Analyze existing systems and identify opportunities for modernization and process improvement.
Create detailed business, functional, and technical documentation.
Develop process models, workflows, data flows, and system interaction diagrams.
Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and leadership.
Evaluate solution options and provide recommendations based on business and technical requirements.
Support application integration, data mapping, and API requirements.
Lead UAT planning, validation, and defect-resolution activities.
Ensure requirements are traceable throughout the SDLC.
Mentor junior Business Analysts and establish business-analysis best practices.

Requirements

12+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Business Systems Analysis, or Enterprise IT.
Proven experience working at a senior/architect level on large-scale enterprise projects.
Strong expertise in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, Use Cases, Process Flows, and Acceptance Criteria.
Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and system integration.
Ability to translate complex business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
Experience working with APIs, web services, databases, and enterprise applications.
Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, Visio/Lucidchart, or similar tools.
Strong SQL and data-analysis capabilities.
Experience leading requirement workshops with senior business and technical stakeholders.
Excellent communication, leadership, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills., * Enterprise Architecture experience
Cloud technologies - AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
API & Microservices architecture
Data modeling and integration
Digital transformation
Process optimization
Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, or other enterprise platforms
CBAP, PMI-PBA, TOGAF, or PMP certification is a plus.
