The role incumbent is focused on implementation of roadmaps for business process analysis, data analysis, diagnosis of gaps, business requirements & functional definitions, best practices application, meeting facilitation, and contributes to project planning. Consultants are expected to contribute to solution building for the client & practice. The role holder can handle higher scale and complexity compared to a Consultant profile and is more proactive in client interactions.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Regulatory compliance?, * Minimum 10+ years of Banking industry experience and sound compliance domain knowledge
- Domain expertise in OFSAA FCCM AML, ECM and RRS
- Excellent knowledge of FCCM and ECM data model
- Must have good understanding of Ingestion Manager, BDF workflows, AML Scenarios, Post processing jobs, Enterprise Case Management and Regulatory reporting
- Prior upgrade experience in upgrading to FCCM 8.1.x is must to have
- Prior experience in developing custom FCCM reports using OBIEE
- Prior experience in customization of FCCM data models, BDF workflows and AML Scenarios
- Sound knowledge of FCCM Scenario Manager
- Knowledge on Oracle Forms Framework is really good to have
- Must have very good knowledge of OFSAAI and its different components
- Experience in developing custom workflows in ECM is good to have
- Good understanding of configuration of alert correlation and alert scoring rules
- Experience in User Management, Integration with LDAP and SSO
- Expertise in job scheduler tools like Autosys, Control-M and FCCM jobs configuration using these tools
- Expertise in Unix Shell Scripting and PL/SQL
- Good communication and presentation skills - both oral and written
- Excellent analytical skills for effective FCCM issue triage and resolution

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $100,000 to $185,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
