Job description

We’re looking for a Full Stack Engineering Lead with strong backend expertise to design and deliver scalable, modern applications - leading technical design, mentoring engineers, and staying hands-on with backend systems, workflow orchestration, and headless architectures.

Requirements

  • Angular 16+ is mandatory
  • Strong backend engineering experience (Node.js, Java, Python, or similar)
  • Solid full stack knowledge with API-first and headless architecture design
  • Hands-on experience with workflow orchestration engines and event-driven systems (e.g., Temporal, Airflow, Camunda, Step Functions)
  • Experience building microservices and REST/GraphQL APIs
  • Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP) with CI/CD pipelines
  • Leadership experience guiding teams and owning technical outcomes
