Job description

The client is seeking a Full Stack Engineering Lead with strong backend expertise in designing and deliver scalable, modern applications. The ideal candidate will lead technical design, mentor engineers, and remain hands-on in building robust backend systems, workflow orchestration, and headless architecture. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead design and development of backend-heavy full stack applications

Architect and implement workflow orchestration solutions (e.g., Temporal, Airflow, Camunda, Step Functions)
Build and manage headless architectures using APIs and microservices
Develop scalable backend services using modern frameworks and cloud-native patterns
Collaborate with frontend, product, and DevOps teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
Enforce best practices in code quality, security, scalability, and performance
Participate in architecture reviews, production support, and technical decision-making

Requirements

Angular 16+ is mandatory

Strong backend engineering experience (Node.js, Java, Python, or similar)
Solid full stack knowledge with API-first and headless architecture design
Hands-on experience with workflow orchestration engines and event-driven systems
Experience building microservices and REST/GraphQL APIs
Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) with CI/CD pipelines
Leadership experience guiding teams and owning technical outcomes
