- Outstanding value: No matter the surgical specialty, we deliver quality products for all markets., We are seeking a Sr. HRIS & Operations Analyst with an entrepreneurial spirit who excels in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment to join our team. The Sr. HRIS & Operations Analyst is a hands-on HR systems expert who helps keep Corza’s HR systems running smoothly. This person will manage and improve our Core HR and Talent platforms, troubleshoot issues, support employees and managers, and help make HR processes more efficient.
This is a great role for someone who enjoys solving problems, learning new systems, improving processes, and making things work better. You should be comfortable getting into the details, figuring out what’s wrong, and finding practical solutions.
What you will do
- Serve as the primary subject-matter expert for Sage People and other Core HR and Talent platforms, with a strong understanding of system design, configuration, dependencies, and troubleshooting requirements.
- Administer Core HR and Talent systems, including Sage People, by managing user access and security, configuring workflows and business processes, and maintaining forms and templates.
- Resolve system issues, maintain reliable performance, and identify opportunities to optimize and expand system capabilities as business needs evolve.
- Monitor integrations, and data feeds between HR systems and downstream platforms, including payroll, benefits and IT; identify and escalate failures before they affect business operations.
HR Operations, Business & Employee Support
- Share responsibility for the HR support ticket queue, effectively triaging, resolving, and escalating employee and manager inquiries related to HR policies, processes, programs, and systems. Serve as a knowledgeable and trusted first point of contact across the employee lifecycle.
- Manage complex and recurring HR processes from initiation through completion, ensuring accurate, timely, and consistent execution while proactively identifying and addressing potential issues.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of employee and organizational data through routine audits, data validation, reconciliation, and ongoing maintenance.
- Drive continuous improvement of the HR service experience by identifying opportunities to improve response and resolution times, strengthen self-service resources, simplify processes, and eliminate unnecessary handoffs or barriers.
- Apply an employee-centered and business-focused perspective to HR process and system improvements, ensuring solutions are operationally effective, scalable, and intuitive for employees and managers.
Data, Reporting & Analytics
- Respond to ad hoc data requests from HR leadership and business stakeholders with accurate, well-documented analysis.
- Partner with Corza’s HR Analytics owner to translate raw system data into clear, actionable insights.
Process Improvement & Documentation
- Identify manual, error-prone, or inefficient processes - including workarounds caused by system limitations - and recommend or implement improvements, often through system configuration.
- Document standard operating procedures for recurring HR processes, system administration tasks, support workflows, and reporting tasks.
Cross-Functional & Project Support
- Provide flexible support across HR Operations, shifting between systems administration, employee support, process execution, and reporting as business needs require.
- Use AI and automation tools responsibly to accelerate troubleshooting, data cleanup, system configuration, reporting, and other appropriate HR Operations work.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or related field, or 7+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong systems aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and navigate multiple platforms.
- 3+ years of experience in HR operations, shared services, HRIS, or HR analytics.
- Hands-on experience administering and configuring HRIS/HCM platforms.
- Experience managing HR support cases and end-to-end HR processes.
- Demonstrated ability to improve HR processes, workflows, and service delivery.
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to resolving data, system, and process issues.
- Strong communication and customer service skills across employee, manager, and leadership audiences.
- High degree of initiative, ownership, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with case management/ticketing and reporting/BI tools; SQL knowledge preferred.
- Experience using AI and automation to improve HR processes and productivity preferred.

Corza Medical offers a competitive benefits package including medical, 401K, vacation and sick time, paternal leave and other benefits.
A reasonable estimate of the current pay range for this role is $70,000-$110,000/salary. Further, pay is offered based on geographic location, internal equity, market data, applicant’s job-related skills, commensurate experience, required licensures, certifications, and certain degrees.
