Job description

Use your knowledge of Earnhardt inventory to assist customers in finding a vehicle that meets their needs
Guide customers every step of the way, from sale or appraisal to test drives and arranging financing applications
Complete all relevant record and documentation to ensure smooth transactions for our customers
A deep, functional understanding of supporting software systems critical to a sales operation such as:
CRM software
Desking software
Equity Mining Software
Customer communication tools
Pricing and Inventory management tools
Hyundai, ELead, and CDK experience are a plus!

We will give you everything you need to be successful! All you need is your ability to connect with people and build relationships and we will help you succeed!

Requirements

Do you have a valid Driver’s License license?, Do you have experience in Driving?, Earnhardt Hyundai San Tan in Gilbert is currently seeking experienced individuals with good personal skills to work in a fun, upbeat atmosphere!

Applicants must be 18 years or older and must have current and valid domestic driver’s license (AZ preferred) with a clean driving record.
