Do you have experience in Statistics?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, Job Description We’re looking for a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist with technical expertise and GenAI knowledge for our Auto Consumer Strategy & Analytics group. This candidate will be responsible for supporting initiatives across machine learning and AI model development, model governance, and emerging generative AI innovations. This candidate will also partner with business stakeholders, technology teams, and risk partners to deliver high-quality ML/AI solutions and tools, and ensure responsible, effective deployment of AI solutions. Successful candidates should have hands-on experience with data and modeling, while demonstrating strong communication skills and the ability to influence a complex organization. The Work Itself In this role, you will lead the development and deployment of cutting-edge machine learning and generative AI/agent solutions that drive business transformation. You will design and implement advanced models utilizing experimentation, multi-modal data, and, and agentic systems * Identify and champion new business opportunities by proposing and delivering innovative AI-driven solutions that create tangible value and competitive advantage. The Skills You Bring Ally Proprietary Ally Proprietary * Bachelor’s Degree in Quantitative/Technical Discipline (Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science/Analytics, Economics) * Minimum 3 years of data science / quantitative modeling work experience, with hands on experience working with large datasets (including text); practical experience with deploying LLMs highly preferred * Deep expertise in statistics and exploratory data analysis (EDA), paired with the ability to establish trustworthy benchmarks and operational performance monitoring for deployed models * Strong knowledge in programming languages of Python, SQL or R * Solid written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively present data analytics results to internal and external stakeholders * Highly self-motivated and adaptable, with a proven ability to deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment Preferred Qualifications * Proven experience designing and implementing predictive models, Generative AI, and agentic systems, with a track record of developing novel AI approaches to boost model performance * Strong foundational knowledge of responsible AI practices, including the integration of data governance, ethical AI considerations, and security protocols throughout the model-development lifecycles * Experience with GitHub and repositories * Master’s degree or higher in a quantitative field, Qualifications : BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE
