SAP Master Data Solution Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Master Data Solution Specialist with expertise in SAP S/4HANA Cloud implementations and deep knowledge of SAP Activate methodologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, and optimizing SAP Master Data solutions to support data governance, data quality, and overall business process efficiency. This role requires a strategic thinker who can collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality SAP implementations., * Lead and participate in SAP S/4HANA Cloud implementations, focusing on Master Data Management (MDM) configurations and best practices.

• Utilize SAP Activate methodology to drive project execution, including discovery, prepare, explore, realize, deploy, and run phases.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and solution designs for master data governance.
• Configure SAP Master Data functionalities, including material master, customer master, vendor master, business partner, and financial master data.
• Provide expertise in integration with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, FI, and EWM to ensure end-to-end data consistency.
• Collaborate with key business stakeholders to conduct workshops, user training, and change management activities.
• Support system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, providing post-go-live support and continuous improvements.
• Ensure compliance with data governance standards and policies while implementing master data solutions.
• Keep up to date with the latest SAP S/4HANA functionalities and industry best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business, Data Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in SAP Master Data Management implementation and support, with at least 2+ years in SAP S/4HANA Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Activate methodologies and Agile project management principles.
• Strong understanding of data quality, data governance, and master data lifecycle management.
• Experience in SAP Fiori applications and embedded analytics is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• SAP Master Data or SAP S/4HANA certification is highly desirable.
