Our applications are performance-critical and involve autonomous interactions with the surrounding world in an uncontrolled environment. You will build, test, and deploy your work in simulation and in the real world on the world’s most advanced hardware. You will contribute to the development of ambitious high-impact projects as part of a dedicated team of world-class “Mujineers”.

Ideal candidates will possess a combination of product development expertise, problem-solving, curiosity, innovation, leadership, and communication. If you’re passionate about pushing the boundaries of technology, this role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of intelligent robotics automation.

  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless system interoperability.

  • Review code and provide developers with constructive feedback to drive continuous improvements in quality and reliability.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in deployed systems.

  • Instill discipline and quality-first culture for timely delivery and exceptional user experience.

  • Provide mentoring, coaching, and team communications; and facilitate career path planning.

  • Other duties as required.

  • 7+ years of professional experience in software-driven product development for industrial automation, robotics, or similar industry.

  • 3+ years of team leadership and management experience, along with advanced programming skills in C++ and Python.

  • Expertise in distributed systems, orchestration logic, and real-time execution monitoring.

  • Experience integrating complex technology involving electromechanical devices and software ecosystems.

Preferred Qualifications:
