Job description

Lead and coordinate complex IT security projects from initiation through delivery
Manage project scope, planning, risks, dependencies and stakeholders
Apply established project management methodologies and security frameworks
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and provide leadership and coaching
Ensure alignment with security standards, policies and governance requirements
Drive Agile/Scrum delivery practices where applicable
Support security initiatives involving Zero Trust, NIST, SIEM, EDR and PKI
Ensure high-quality project documentation, reporting and delivery

Requirements

10+ years of proven professional experience
Senior IT Project Management
Agile / Scrum
PMBOK / PRINCE2
Security governance and frameworks
NIST
ISO 27001
Zero Trust
Team leadership & coaching
Knowledge of Windows/Linux environments
Exposure to SIEM, EDR, PKI and Android security is a plus

Mandatory Requirements

Minimum 10 years of proven experience
Belgian nationality
Existing Top Secret security clearance, or willingness and eligibility to obtain one
Ability to work 100% on-site in Brussels
Native-level Dutch or French, with good knowledge of the other national language
Good working knowledge of English
