Job description
- Beratung von Developern bei der Identifikation und Ausarbeitung von Business Use Cases
- Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von Lösungen mit Power Apps, Power Automate und Copilot Studio
- Begleitung von Use Cases durch Governance- und Freigabeprozesse
- Coaching und Enablement der Fachbereiche im Umgang mit der Power Platform
- Durchführung von Onboarding- und Wissenssessions für Developer
- Qualitätssicherung bestehender Lösungen und Ableitung von Optimierungsempfehlungen
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Architektur-, Security- und Compliance-Vorgaben
- Identifikation von Automatisierungs- und AI-Potenzialen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit zentralen Plattform-, Governance- und Fachbereichsteams
Requirements
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Power Platform Consultant, Architect oder Lead
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Power Apps, Power Automate und Power Platform Governance
- Erfahrung mit Copilot Studio und AI-gestützten Lösungen
- Erfahrung in Enterprise- und Governance-getriebenen Umgebungen
- Fundiertes Stakeholdermanagement sowie ausgeprägte Beratungs- und Coachingfähigkeiten
- Kenntnisse in Dataverse und Microsoft 365 Integration
- Verständnis von Security-, Compliance- und DLP-Richtlinien
- Idealerweise Zertifizierungen wie PL-900, PL-100 oder PL-200
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
