Job description

  • Fachliche Systembetreuung: Übernahme der Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der Anwendungen SAP PM und MobileX.
  • First- & Second-Level-Support: Ansprechperson fĂźr Anwenderfragen, Fehlermeldungen und ProzessunterstĂźtzung im Tagesgeschäft.
  • Schnittstellenfunktion: Enger Austausch mit den operativen Fachbereichen und der zentralen IT zur Übersetzung fachlicher Anforderungen in IT-Spezifikationen.
  • Prozessoptimierung: Aktive Mitgestaltung und Digitalisierung der Abläufe in den Bereichen Instandhaltung und Workforce-Management.
  • Einarbeitung & Anwendertraining: DurchfĂźhrung von Schulungen und Erstellung von Dokumentationen fĂźr die Endanwender.

Requirements

  • Berufserfahrung: Erste oder fundierte Erfahrung als Key User, Anwendungsspezialist oder Modulbetreuer fĂźr SAP PM (Instandhaltung).
  • Systemkenntnisse: WĂźnschenswert sind Kenntnisse der mobilen InstandhaltungslĂśsung MobileX (oder vergleichbarer Systeme).
  • Fachlicher Hintergrund: Know-how aus den Bereichen Instandhaltung, Netzbetrieb oder Workforce-Management ist von Vorteil.
  • Arbeitsweise & PersĂśnlichkeit: Ausgeprägte IT-Affinität, Kommunikationsstärke sowie eine lĂśsungsorientierte und strukturierte Herangehensweise.
