Job description

We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in building scalable enterprise applications using modern Java technologies, cloud-native architectures, and microservices. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Kafka, Kubernetes, API Security, Observability tools, SQL databases, and Spring-based microservices development., * Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based applications using Java 17+, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.

  • Develop and consume RESTful APIs while implementing robust authentication and authorization mechanisms.
  • Build event-driven solutions using Apache Kafka for Real Time data processing and messaging.
  • Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot applications on Kubernetes environments.
  • Implement observability solutions using tools such as Splunk, ELK, Grafana, Prometheus, Dynatrace, or AppDynamics.
  • Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, QA teams, and DevOps engineers throughout the SDLC.
  • Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and CI/CD best practices.
  • Develop database solutions, write complex SQL queries, and optimize database performance.
  • Follow secure coding practices and enterprise API security standards.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in Java 11/17+, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA
  • Expertise in Microservices Architecture
  • Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka
  • Experience deploying applications on Kubernetes
  • Strong knowledge of API Authentication & Authorization

  • OAuth 2.0
  • JWT
  • OpenID Connect
  • API Gateway concepts

Experience with Observability and Monitoring Tools

  • Grafana
  • Prometheus
  • Splunk
  • ELK Stack
  • Dynatrace/AppDynamics

Strong understanding of Bean Management and Dependency Injection using Spring Framework

SQL database experience:

  • Oracle
  • PostgreSQL
  • SQL Server
  • MySQL

Strong debugging and performance tuning skills

Experience with Git, Maven, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines

Nice to Have

  • AWS or Azure Cloud experience
  • Docker containerization
  • NoSQL databases such as MongoDB
  • Frontend experience with Angular or React
  • Exposure to Banking, Financial Services, or Payments domain

Experience

  • 8+ years of software development experience
  • Minimum 8+ years of hands-on experience with Java Microservices development
