Job description
Identity and access management helps make sure that colleagues, suppliers, applications and systems have the right access at the right time, without creating unnecessary risk.
We are looking for an Identity & Access Management Analyst to join Group IT Security and help us operate, control and improve our identity services. You will work across modern cloud technologies and established on-premise platforms, supporting everything from colleague access and privileged accounts to application onboarding, audit controls and non-human identities.

- Coordinating Joiner, Mover and Leaver access activity
- Maintaining roles, access packages and entitlement models
- Operating and improving IAM and PAM controls
- Supporting access reviews, recertification and remediation
- Investigating access issues across cloud and on-premise environments
- Partnering with application owners and service teams
- Analysing identity and access data to identify risks and process gaps
- Identifying opportunities for automation and service improvement
Requirements
- Relevant experience in IAM, information security, infrastructure, service management or technology risk
- Practical knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID, cloud services or account management
- An understanding of access controls, least privilege and the identity lifecycle
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Evidence of owning issues and improving services or controls
- Clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Confidence to question access requirements constructively
- Curiosity, personal accountability and a willingness to develop
