Salesforce Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team at 83zero Ltd. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions that align with complex business needs within highly regulated environments. You will work closely with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, efficient, and innovative Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in Salesforce development, architecture, and integrations, with a keen interest in AI-driven solutions such as Agentforce and Data Cloud. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge Salesforce technologies, contribute to digital transformation initiatives, and support the delivery of high-impact enterprise solutions., * Lead the technical design and development of comprehensive Salesforce solutions across various clouds, including Sales, Service, Experience, and Data Cloud.

• Develop scalable and reusable applications using Lightning Web Components, Apex, Visualforce, and other Salesforce platform technologies.
• Implement customizations such as workflows, approval processes, security controls, and automation to meet business requirements.
• Design and develop integrations utilizing REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Create and maintain Apex classes, triggers, controllers, and framework components to ensure high-quality code.
• Build and support Agentforce and Agentic AI solutions within Salesforce to enhance automation and decision-making processes.
• Implement SOQL, SOSL, and dynamic queries to optimize data retrieval and performance.
• Write comprehensive unit tests to ensure code quality and maintain high code coverage standards.
• Support Salesforce DX, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment activities to streamline development and release processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform, integration, and application issues promptly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and ensure alignment with organizational standards.
• Lead data migration efforts, third-party integrations, and custom development projects.
• Contribute to the development of coding standards, conduct code reviews, and promote continuous improvement practices within the team.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of delivering enterprise-level Salesforce solutions, with extensive experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud. Relevant certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II, Salesforce Certified AI Specialist, and other Salesforce credentials are highly desirable. Candidates should demonstrate strong expertise in Salesforce Lightning, LWC, Apex development, and integrations using REST and SOAP APIs. A solid understanding of Salesforce security models, data management, and automation tools is essential. Additionally, experience working within regulated environments or public sector projects will be advantageous. Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and stakeholder management skills are crucial for success in this role.
