Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a STEM field, with a minimum of 2 years of software engineering experience. Technical Expertise

• Hands-on experience with Java and/or Python, and with AWS cloud services
• Proficient with Git and modern source control workflows (branching, pull requests, code review) using GitHub and/or GitLab
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or equivalent)
• Working knowledge of automated testing at the unit, integration, end-to-end levels, and behavior-driven testing (e.g. Cucumber)
• Experience delivering software in an Agile environment (Scrum, Kanban, XP, or Lean)
• Understanding of how technology and tooling choices affect development speed, quality, and maintainability, * Breaks down complex problems and provides realistic estimates for development tasks
• Seeks to understand a problem fully before building, and asks clarifying questions when requirements are ambiguous
• Voices opinions with clear rationale, using data and evidence to influence
