Job description

  • Work closely with product owners and business analysts to turn business needs into cohesive, customer-centric Pega solutions.
  • Lead the development of scalable, high-performance Pega applications.
  • Advocate for best practices and quality to fully leverage Pega’s potential.
  • Identify Pega feasibility limits early in the agile development process to reduce risk.
  • Mentor and support other engineers to help them grow their technical skills and confidence.
  • Foster a positive and supportive team culture, encouraging open communication and collaboration.

Requirements

  • Pega certification: You have successfully completed training and obtained certification as a Pega Senior System Architect (SSA).
  • Software development: Several years of hands-on experience building and delivering software solutions, including at least 3 years of experience in Pega application development.
  • Technical versatility: You have been exposed to at least some other technologies like application servers, programming languages, web technologies, relational and non-relational databases, and API integration methods.
  • Object-oriented expertise: Basic knowledge and some practical experience with Object-Oriented techniques and design principles are a plus.
  • Agile methodologies: Demonstrated success delivering solutions using Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Soft skills: Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with other engineers, designers, product owners, business analysts, and architects.
  • Mentorship: Experience mentoring other developers fostering their professional growth and development.
  • Language skills: Fluent in English.
