Job description

Work closely with product owners and business analysts to turn business needs into cohesive, customer-centric Pega solutions.
Lead the development of scalable, high-performance Pega applications.
Advocate for best practices and quality to fully leverage Pega’s potential.
Identify Pega feasibility limits early in the agile development process to reduce risk.
Mentor and support other engineers to help them grow their technical skills and confidence.
Foster a positive and supportive team culture, encouraging open communication and collaboration.

Requirements

Pega certification: You have successfully completed training and obtained certification as a Pega Senior System Architect (SSA).
Software development: Several years of hands-on experience building and delivering software solutions, including at least 3 years of experience in Pega application development.
Technical versatility: You have been exposed to at least some other technologies like application servers, programming languages, web technologies, relational and non-relational databases, and API integration methods.
Object-oriented expertise: Basic knowledge and some practical experience with Object-Oriented techniques and design principles are a plus.
Agile methodologies: Demonstrated success delivering solutions using Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Soft skills: Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with other engineers, designers, product owners, business analysts, and architects.
Mentorship: Experience mentoring other developers fostering their professional growth and development.
Language skills: Fluent in English.
