System Configurations and Customizations o Responsible for the customization and configuration of CRM Advance through the creation or modifications of Dynamics forms, views, business rules, entities, fields and relationships. o Responsible for the solution management of each platform environment, and the development of best practices and procedures related to system administration. o Responsible for performing data migration activities. o Collaborate with a diverse group of business partners and team members on business requirements and solutioning. o Communicate project status and deliverables with managers and clients. o Assist with the configuration and implementation of third-party systems.

Workflow and Data Pipeline Maintenance o Responsible for implementing and scheduling new dynamics workflows to create system and organization efficiencies. o Assist pushing or pulling data from CRM Advance to third-party systems. o Assist in the creation of tables and views in the cloud data warehouse that is sourced from the SQL Server dynamics repository.

Production Support o Responsible for the daily cross-functional operational readiness of CRM Advance platform. o Analysis of load, log aggregation, reporting, systems performance analysis and monitoring. o Follow change control and deployment of changes to production environments, documenting system configuration changes. o Provide support for production issues both during and outside of business hours..
