Coveo Solution Architect in Wayne

The Coveo Solution Architect will serve as the primary technical expert for the Coveo platform, leading its integration across a B2B eCommerce environment. This role will design and implement search, recommendations, and personalization strategies while ensuring effective integration with platforms such as Salesforce and Contentful., * Define and maintain integration patterns for Coveo with CX platforms such as Salesforce and Contentful.

• Provide architectural governance for Coveo integrations.
• Oversee Coveo configuration and optimization, including search components, indexing, field mapping, and source management.
• Design and govern search relevance tuning and machine learning models using Query Ranking Expressions and Automatic Relevance Tuning.
• Design A/B testing and user behavior analysis.
• Develop search and content analytics reports that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Lead a team and proactively communicate issues and solutions.
• Ensure seamless connectivity and a consistent user experience across integrated platforms.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or another relevant area.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering or IT architecture.
• 3+ years of hands-on Coveo experience.
• Experience with Coveo Cloud, Coveo for Salesforce, or similar.
• Experience with search technologies.
• Proven experience with eCommerce search and recommendations in a B2B environment.
• Strong communication skills and proactive issue identification and communication.
• Ability to lead a team.
• Strong background in Java, Python, or Node.js., * Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker.
• Familiarity with Elasticsearch or Apache Solr.
• Professional certification in a front-end framework.
• Experience with React.js and CSS.
