Job description
- Be part of the development process and continuously improve the developement process. Provide high quality code throughout the entire production cycle.
- Be able to take ownership of entire features or components of the game and if needed, work with other members of the team to deliver large and complex features in time and at very high quality.
- Partner with art team / producers to ensure schedules and plans to meet business and project needs.
Requirements
We are looking for an experienced Game Programmer who is self-motivated, goal-orientated and a strong team player. You take pride in your work, and know what it means to take responsibility and deliver quality focused products. You enjoy working in a dynamic and agile environment. You have the knowledge and ability to visualize how things should work, and how to translate this into a functioning solution., * 3 years of experience working in a game studio with minimum 2 years of experience working on Unity3D.
- Experience with entire game production pipeline and working on a live game.
- Advanced knowledge of game development in Unity3D
- Good Knowledge of server side development (BaaS/Javascript/MongoDB).
- Good Knowledge of build / version control, pipeline management and Continuous Integration best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Takes initiative to solve problems without being told, resulting in excellent follow-through.
- Deep passion for games and entertainment industry
- Good command of English
- Advanced verbal communication skills in German
Nice-to-have
- IT hardware / Infrastructure experience
- Advanced verbal communication skills in German
- Good understanding of free2play
- Active gamer
