  • Hybrid
  • Be an early applicant, * Betreuung, Administration und Weiterentwicklung der Netzwerkinfrastruktur (WLAN, Switches, Firewalls, NAC)
  • 2nd-Level-Support für technische Anfragen und Störungen
  • Fehleranalyse und Behebung von Netzwerkproblemen
  • Planung und Umsetzung von IT- und Standortprojekten
  • Optimierung bestehender Systeme und Prozesse
  • Gelegentliche Reisen zu weiteren Standorten
  • Mitbetreuung von Telefon- und Kommunikationssystemen

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung mit Netzwerktechnologien, Firewalls und Netzwerkmanagement
  • Kenntnisse in der Fehleranalyse und im Umgang mit Ticketsystemen
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Telefonanlagen von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1)
  • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie Reisebereitschaft und Rufbereitschaft
