Software Engineer Microsoft Dynamics

You’ll work across the full stack of a modern enterprise media product, from core business logic and APIs through to integrations with traffic, scheduling, and finance systems., * Design, develop, and maintain features across the platform, including business logic, data models, and service APIs

• Build and extend integrations with adjacent broadcast systems such as traffic, playout, right and schedule management and media asset management
• Contribute to the evolution of the platforms API surface, ensuring clean versioning, backward compatibility, and clear documentation
• Take features end-to-end: requirements analysis, implementation, automated tests, code review, and deployment-ready delivery
• Diagnose and resolve production issues across complex customer environments, working closely with Support and Professional Services
• Collaborate with QA, Product Management, and customer-facing teams to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions
• Contribute to technical design discussions, code reviews, and continuous improvement of engineering practices and tooling

You will bring solid engineering craft, a pragmatic problem-solving mindset, and an interest in the media domain to help shape a product that powers some of the most demanding sales and traffic operations in broadcast., * Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field (required)

• Master’s degree in a relevant field (preferred but not mandatory), * Strong development experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (X++)
• Practical experience designing and consuming REST and SOAP/WCF web services
• Confident use of Git and modern source-control workflows (branching, pull requests, code review)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps
• Experience working in enterprise B2B software environments
• C# and the .NET ecosystem experience is a strong plus
• Experience working with AI (Claude, Copilot, Gemini) is a strong plus
• Broadcast or media domain knowledge is a plus
• Strong written and spoken English
• Pragmatic problem-solving and a customer-focused mindset
• Comfort working in cross-functional, internationally distributed teams
