  • Troubleshoot connectivity and cabling issues to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Document work performed using ticketing systems, spreadsheets, and inventory tools.
  • Read and interpret diagrams, layouts, and work instructions to complete projects accurately.
  • Assist with equipment installation, rack and stack activities, and infrastructure upgrades.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet project milestones and operational deadlines.
  • Provide basic technical support and help resolve infrastructure-related issues.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience with cutting-edge technology while developing valuable skills in cabling, networking, and IT operations., * Experience working with Cat5e/Cat6 cabling, low-voltage systems, telecommunications, or structured cabling.

  • Basic understanding of networking concepts and IT infrastructure.
  • Comfortable using Excel and other computer-based documentation tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment., * CompTIA A+ Certification
  • CompTIA Network+ Certification
  • Experience working in data centers, construction, warehousing, manufacturing, or logistics environments.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems, inventory tracking, and technical documentation.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift and move up to 35 pounds regularly.
  • Comfortable standing, walking, bending, climbing ladders, and working on your feet throughout the day.
  • Ability to safely move equipment, server racks, carts, and materials as part of a team.
