Job description

Manage and maintain USCGA IT systems and infrastructure
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end users
Implement and configure software and hardware solutions
Ensure system security and compliance with standards
Collaborate with other IT staff to support mission-critical applications

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in systems administration
Experience with Windows and/or Linux operating systems
Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices
Experience with virtualization technologies
Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Clearance Requirements: Public Trust clearance required
