Citrix Skills Very strong knowledge and working experience on

u Good Hands on experience with Xendesktop 7.6 & Citrix XenApp 6.0 & Higher versions u Knowledge of Advanced administration, maintenance of Citrix infrastructure and published applications and desktops u Managing Citrix PVS environment, vDisk update, Troubleshooting PVS issues. u Day-to-day operational management and support of the company’s enterprise class, mission-critical Citrix infrastructure, including XenApp, XenDesktop, PVS, App-V, and NetScaler environments u Maintain and Configure Citrix Storefront/Web Interface u Good hands on experience in troubleshooting Citrix issues. Resolves complex tickets related published applications, desktops and other Citrix related components u Troubleshooting the Citrix User related issues / Infrastructure issues. u Maintain Citrix Data store, license servers, and Zone Data Collectors u Basic knowledge on PowerShell commandlets, scripting, and general automation activities u Knowledge on VMware vSphere infrastructure / AD / DNS /DHCP /GPO u Knowledge on Windows 2008/2012/2016 Server in an enterprise network environment u Certification - CCAA u Good exposure to ITIL process like incident, change, problem and change management u Should be able to plan and schedule changes as per client requirements. u Good knowledge on ticketing tools SNOW, ITSM, HPSM u Good communication Skills u Willingness to work in shifts (24 x 7 x 365 model ) u Provide on call support if required. May function as a Shift Leader.

VMware Skills Certification- VCP and MCSE * Good exposure to ITIL process like incident, change, problem and change management * Good communication Skills * Willingness to work in shifts (24 x 7 x 365 model ) Technical skills required: VMware * In-depth knowledge and experience on VMware ESX and ESXi (4.1, 5.1, 5.5) hypervisors installation and administration. * In depth troubleshooting skills in VCenter, ESX and ESXi hosts, Networking ,storage and SRM (Site Recovery Manager) * Capacity planning skill for virtual hosts and VMs. * Experience on planning, deploying and maintain VMware vSphere environments. * VM deployment skills form Templates and OVA/OVF. * P2 V and V 2V conversion skills * Good knowledge on VMware integrated backup and restore solutions. * Knowledge and experience on Windows server operating systems (Windows 2003, 2008 and 2012) management and administration. * Trouble shooting skill required on OS related issues which include memory dump analysis skills and performance tuning. Windows * In-depth knowledge and experience on Windows server operating systems (Windows 2003, 2008 and 2012) management and administration. * High level trouble shooting skill required on OS related issues which include memory dump analysis skills and performance tuning. * In-depth knowledge and experience on server security hardening with includes patching, antivirus, PKI infrastructure and IPSec encryptions. * Good knowledge on Microsoft clustering and NLB services. * Experience on designing Server infrastructure. * Good knowledge on storage and networking which help to design server. * Good control on windows command line tools and power shell/VB scripting. * Working experience on Windows infrastructure services like FTP, Telnet, DNS and DHCP etc… * Good knowledge on Microsoft licensing for Servers, Terminal services etc…, * University degree or equivalent education and experience

• Minimum of 6+ years relevant experience

• Good communication skills in English (verbal and written)

Advanced knowledge in one of the technologies relating to enterprise systems, networks, backup, storage, cloud or a customer proprietary, COTS, or Unisys application. Have specific certifications on the respective domain, platform or application.

Ability to support multiple clients/ technologies as part of shared support delivery.

Must be client focused, display interpersonal skills and be an effective team member.

Ability to train and develop staff and/or client.
