Citrix VDI and XenApp Engineer

• 4+ years of experience in Windows and Citrix
• Education –> B.E / Any Graduate / Diploma
• Very strong knowledge and working experience on

o Good Hands-on experience on Citrix XenApp 6.5 & higher versions o Good Hands-on experience on Netscaler ADC and Access gateway 10.X & higher versions o Install/Maintain/Support XenApp 6.5 & higher versions of infrastructure o Configuration and deployment of Citrix Web Interface/Store Front Servers o Install, configure and manage Citrix License Servers (Windows/VPX) o Application/License life cycle management o Monitoring Citrix infrastructure through Citrix EdgeSight/Director o Day-to-day operational management and support of the company’s enterprise class, mission-critical Citrix infrastructure, including XenApp, XenDesktop, PVS, App-V, and NetScaler environments o Good knowledge on SSL/VPN Certificates o Install ,Configure and upgrade Netscaler VPX/MPX o Configuration of Netscaler HA/GSLB/Load Balancing L4-L7 traffic o Configuring Rewrite, Respond, LDAP, Two factor authentication o Experience on configuring Content Switching, AAA, SSL off-loading o Install and maintain Access Gateway VPN/ICA Proxy, session profile o Configure Netscaler ADC as web proxy server o Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills on Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop and Netscalers. o Resolve highly escalated tickets/issues related Citrix environment o Configure Citrix policies Printing/Drive Mapping o Proficiency in PowerShell commandlets, Putty, Wireshark, Netscaler Insight Center and scripting o Deep understanding of vSphere ESXi 5/6 and experience with deploying and managing a highly-virtualized infrastructure o Management and support of Windows 2008/2012/2016 Server in an enterprise network environment, demonstrating extensive knowledge of Microsoft-based system principles and practices. o Certification - CCAA, MSCE o Good exposure to ITIL process like incident, change, problem and change management o Good communication Skills o May be required to work in rotational shifts (24x7 shifts applicable) and provide on call support if required., * University degree or equivalent education and experience * Minimum of 3 years relevant experienceProficient in one of the technologies relating to enterprise systems, networks, backup, storage, cloud or a customer proprietary, COTS, or Unisys application. *Have specific certifications on the respective domain, platform or application. *Ability to support multiple clients/ technologies as part of shared support delivery. *Must be client focused, display interpersonal skills and be an effective team member. *Ability to train and develop staff and/or client.
