Job description

Participate in IT special projects and provide technical leadership and project management as directed.
Participate in projects that include support of Windows 2012/2016 based server infrastructures.
Participate in the design, implementation and delivery of Microsoft, VMware, and Citrix, for enterprise and SMB clients.
Collaborate with internal and external project teams to modify and improve processes where possible.
Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and other core operating system components in accordance with established policies and procedure.

Requirements

Possess a 4 -year degree in Information Technology or equivalent work experience.
10+ years of verifiable experience providing enterprise and small business server and infrastructure support. Experience with multi-site enterprises is preferred.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communications skills.
Ability to create project deliverables including but not limited to design documents, SOWs, and technical documentation.
Ability to design and implement and lead POC projects.
Possess at least 1 or more of the following active/current certifications: PMP, VCP, MCSE, MCSA, CCA.
Advanced knowledge of many of the following technologies with the ability to provide advanced support to Network Engineers and other technical staff.
Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy.
Windows Server 2012/2016.
Windows Server (Clustering).
SAN ( EMC, Dell, IBM).
Server Virtualization (VMWare and Hyper-V).
Server Management ( Microsoft and VMware solutions).
