Senior Software Engineer (Mobile) - OP02205-OS

We invite a Senior Software Engineer to join our product engineering team. You’ll build and enhance a modern cross-platform React Native application that helps users place food orders, manage loyalty rewards, and find nearby restaurant locations. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver high-quality mobile features for millions of users.

• Work hands-on with a modern React Native and TypeScript tech stack
• Actively contribute to the ongoing React Native New Architecture migration, In this role, you’ll build, enhance, and support a cross-platform mobile application, working closely with a collaborative, cross-functional team.
• Build and maintain full-stack mobile application features
• Write clean, well-tested TypeScript code, following established coding standards
• Integrate the app with backend services, APIs, and third-party tools
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver new features
• Participate in code reviews, incorporate feedback, and follow the team’s pull request process
• Debug and resolve issues across iOS and Android applications
• Write and maintain unit, component, performance, and end-to-end (E2E) tests
• Support mobile build and release pipelines, including automated builds, beta testing, and App Store/Google Play releases
• Document code, technical decisions, and project updates
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and team collaboration activities
• Stay current with the React Native ecosystem and contribute to platform improvements, ️ 5 paid sick days, up to 60 days of medical leave, and 6 paid days off per year for major family events like weddings, funerals, or the birth of a child

• 6-9 years of software engineering experience
• Strong experience building cross-platform mobile apps with React Native and TypeScript
• Solid understanding of React Native architecture, including state management, navigation, performance optimization, and local storage
• Experience integrating REST APIs and working with token-based authentication
• Familiarity with React Native native development (iOS/Swift, Android/Kotlin, native modules)
• Hands-on experience with unit, component, and end-to-end (E2E) mobile testing
• Experience shipping apps to the App Store and/or Google Play
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional Agile teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience

Desirable:

• Experience with payment integrations (Adyen, Apple Pay, Google Pay)
• Experience with feature flag platforms such as LaunchDarkly
• Experience with mobile analytics or error tracking tools (Sentry, Adobe Experience Platform)
• Experience with CI/CD for mobile applications (GitHub Actions, Expo EAS, Fastlane)
• Experience with internationalization and multilingual app support
• Experience with privacy and consent frameworks such as OneTrust
