IT Project Manager: II in Louisville

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with a PMP certification required to lead projects from initial definition through successful implementation. This role will work closely with AI, Infrastructure, and Clinical teams to implement new initiatives, capabilities, and features across the organization., * Manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring scope, budget, timeline, and quality objectives are met.

• Develop project plans, establish milestones, and drive projects to completion.
• Provide day-to-day direction to project teams and resources.
• Establish clear communication plans with project teams and key stakeholders.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare project documentation, status reports, budgets, and presentations.
• Collaborate with AI, Infrastructure, Clinical, and other cross-functional teams to implement technology initiatives.
• Apply strong judgment, problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills to ensure successful project delivery.

• PMP certification required.
• Experience managing IT projects and initiatives.
• Strong project planning, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Visio, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
