UiPath RPA Developer - Navy ERP - Remote (1050)

Herdt Consulting is seeking an experienced UiPath RPA Developer to support the Financial Improvement and Audit Remediation program. This role will design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain robotic process automation solutions for repetitive Navy ERP data-cleansing and financial-processing activities while incorporating appropriate controls, logging, and exception handling., * Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain UiPath automations supporting Navy ERP financial processing and data-cleansing workflows.

• Translate manual business processes and functional requirements into scalable, supportable RPA solutions.
• Automate interactions across SAP GUI, Excel, files, reports, and related source systems as required by the business process.
• Build robust exception handling, logging, audit trails, credential controls, and operational monitoring into automated workflows.
• Troubleshoot failed bot executions, identify root causes, and implement sustainable corrections and enhancements.
• Create technical documentation, test scripts, deployment materials, and operating procedures; collaborate with functional SMEs and end users throughout delivery.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or another relevant discipline
• Experience: 10+ years of relevant professional experience
• Work Schedule/Arrangement: Full-time / Remote, * Hands-on experience developing and supporting production automations using UiPath Studio and UiPath Orchestrator.
• Experience automating SAP GUI and Microsoft Excel-based business processes.
• Strong understanding of RPA design, reusable components, queues, assets, logging, exception handling, and bot monitoring.
• Experience with requirements analysis, solution design, unit testing, user acceptance testing, deployment, and production support.
• Ability to develop secure, controlled automations for financial or other high-accountability processes.
• Strong problem-solving, documentation, and cross-functional communication skills., * UiPath certification and experience with UiPath Document Understanding or related platform capabilities.
• Experience automating SAP financial, government, or audit-remediation processes.
• Navy ERP, DoD financial management, or federal consulting experience.
