The Team

Associate IT delivers Fidelity associates with secure, reliable, and scalable access to the technology and services they need, regardless of time, location, or device. Through architecture, engineering, automation, and operational excellence, we provide modern end-user computing platforms that enable productivity, strengthen resiliency, and support Fidelity’s continued technology evolution.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with End User Computing (EUC), Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), and Desktop-as-a-Service (DaaS) technologies.
  • Experience implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC), configuration management, and infrastructure standardization practices.
  • Experience designing and supporting disaster recovery, business continuity, and platform resiliency solutions.
  • Experience developing and maintaining security, compliance, monitoring, and governance controls across enterprise environments.
  • Experience building automation, orchestration, and self-healing infrastructure solutions that improve scalability and operational efficiency.
  • Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure and platform administration.
  • Enterprise virtual desktop technologies, including Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Citrix, Omnissa/Workspace ONE, VMware Horizon, and OLVM.
  • PowerShell, Python, REST APIs, and infrastructure automation/orchestration frameworks.
  • Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM, Bicep, or equivalent tools).
