CADD Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Bentley OpenRoads Designer, OpenBridge Modeler, MicroStation (V8i/SS2), InRoads, and CAiCE. Automation & Scripting: Strong knowledge of Python (strongly preferred) or Visual Basic (VBA). Support & Deployment: 2+ years of experience in CADD testing, workspace configuration, and end-user support. Process Documentation: 2+ years of experience documenting business processes, standard operating procedures, and training guides. Domain Expertise: Transportation engineering background or public sector infrastructure experience is a major plus.
