In this hybrid role based in Spring, TX, you’ll work alongside experienced professionals to help resolve common technical issues, contribute to routine maintenance tasks, and learn how IT supports business operations., * Provide technical support for end users, helping troubleshoot and resolve common hardware, software, and connectivity issues.

• Assist with device setup and deployment, including basic configuration and asset tracking.
• Support routine maintenance tasks such as backups verification, software updates, and system monitoring checks.
• Help document troubleshooting steps and maintain clear, organized records of support requests and outcomes.
• Coordinate with the IT team to follow internal processes and support time-sensitive user needs.

• Currently enrolled in a similar educational program and able to commit to full-time or part-time hours.
• Basic understanding of computer systems and common troubleshooting approaches.
• Comfort interacting with users in a professional, service-oriented manner.
• Ability to learn quickly, follow instructions, and complete assigned tasks with attention to detail., * Some experience with IT support, internships, coursework projects, or hands-on technical training.
• Familiarity with operating system fundamentals and basic networking concepts.
• Experience using ticketing or support request workflows (or coursework exposure).
• Interest in cybersecurity practices such as credential safety, device hygiene, and secure handling of information.

Hourly rate: $18.00 - $25.00
