Job description

Our client, a leading insurance company, is seeking a Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant to support a large-scale CRM migration project., * Lead Dynamics 365 CRM migration activities

Gather and translate business requirements
Configure and optimise CRM processes and workflows
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders
Support testing, data migration, and go-live activities
Ensure successful adoption of the new CRM platform

Requirements

Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
Proven track record delivering CRM migration projects
Experience working with business stakeholders and translating requirements
Insurance industry experience is beneficial
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
