IAM Project Manager - Identity (IdM), IGA Platforms, Banking

Up to £750 per day (Inside IR35)

London / Hybrid (2-3 days per week on-site)

My client is an International Financial Services firm who urgently require an IAM Project Manager, with a very specialist Identity (IdM), and IAM (Identity Access Management) specific background, with expertise in IGA Platforms (CyberArk / One Identity) and proven experience in Change The Bank (CTB) projects within large, complex Financial Services / Insurance environments.

Key Requirements:

• Demonstrable experience as a specialist IAM Project Manager within a large, complex Financial Services / Insurance organisation
• Specialist Identity (IdM) and IAM (Identity Access Management) specific background
• Excellent working knowledge of IGA Platforms (ie CyberArk / One Identity / SailPoint / Saviynt)
• Proven experience of leading end-to-end Change The Bank (CTB) projects within large, complex Financial Services / Insurance environments
• Strong understanding of PAM (Privileged Access Management)
• Expertise in defining Project scope(s), creating Project plans, Project planning, Project reporting and budget planning
• Track record of managing tight deadlines through successful attainment of deliverables
• Experience of running daily scrums and leading teams of Developers / Engineers, BAs etc
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Flexible approach to hybrid working (2-3 days per week onsite)

• Experience of working closely with auditors
• Expertise in CyberArk and / or One Identity
• Relevant qualifications (CIAM / CIMP etc)
