You may be ready to join us.Job DescriptionCustomer projects in the area of SAP HCM in all on-premise components with focus on Payroll Germany (PY-DE)Analysis of the customer situation, creation of process documents, conceptions, and blueprints.System-side realization of customer requirements (including customizing, schemas and cycles in payroll accounting)Support in all project phases-conception, design, customizing, prototyping and roll out of SAP HCMAs a senior consultant, you will also take on partial project management in smaller teams on site at our customers.QualificationsMust have Skills :German (fluent),SAP PY(Payroll),SAP HCM,SAP SuccessFactors Employee CentralKnowledge of business and IT processes and their mapping in the SAP HCM system (PY)Experience with collective agreement regulations for remuneration, know-how in tax and social security lawExcellent knowledge of SAP specific schemas, cycles and characteristicsExperience with project management and consulting methodsSelf-motivation, persuasiveness as well as assertivenessSolution/process-oriented thinking skills and strong methodological competence.Completed university studies and several years of relevant professional experience
