Senior Product OwnerDepartment:OperationsEmployment Type:Full TimeLocation:MarbellaReporting To:Juan Reina CruzDescriptionThe RoleThe Product Owner role for the Front-End will be working directly with the Front-End onboarding and retention teams to ensure that the product is evolving in line with the vision and company OKRs.This role will also drive alignment across the Framework, Retention roadmap and CMS roadmaps to ensure delivery of product of the highest quality for both player and operator usability.Focused on driving the KPIs that are important to our client, we are looking for a detail-oriented, technically savvy product professional who has a firm grasp on how to deliver a great product to satisfy both operators and players needs. The ideal candidate will be both analytical and creative in equal measure with the capability to identify areas of improvement and new product innovations with the ability to communicate the justification and gain approval from senior stakeholdersCreative and data-driven Gamification Product Owner to lead the design, development, and optimization of gamified features that enhance user engagement, motivation, and retention across our digital platforms. As a key member of the product team, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of gamification initiatives, translating business goals into compelling user experiences through game mechanics, behavioral psychology, and user feedback.Key ResponsibilitiesOverall ownership of the Product Roadmaps, including prioritisation, delivery time and communication of deliverables to key stakeholders.Ensuring that all product developments have sufficient, detailed product requirement documents, functional specification and the best UX/UI possible.Define and drive the gamification product strategy aligned with business and user engagement objectives.Reviewing peers’ product requirements and documentationWorking with senior management to create product plans and roadmapsDeveloping and implementing product consistent with company visionCollecting and analysing feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and end productsCoordinating cross-functional dependenciesEnsuring products and releases are launched correctly and on scheduleMaking creative recommendations to expand product base, commercial opportunities and visionSuggesting ways to track product use and impact on end usersBuilding relationships across the business to ensure that the product vision is part of everyone’s DNARequirementsProven experience of 3 years as Product Owner with technical background experienceStrong understanding of gamification mechanics and behavioral psychology principles (e.g., motivation theories, habit loops).Experience in product lifecycle managementFamiliarity with Agile frameworkOrganisational and leadership abilities and excellent communication skillsProblem-solving aptitude and creative thinking skillsBenefitsGreat career development opportunitiesHybrid working modelInternational Health InsuranceHealth and Wellbeing Package (350 EUR per year)Birthday Day OffMe Time - 1 day off per year#J-*****-Ljbffr
