Job description
The Systems ERP Analyst is responsible for analyzing business processes, defining system requirements, and supporting functional optimization of the ERP and related business applications. The role focuses on process improvement, standardization, ensuring business requirements are clearly translated into system solutions, and support/maintenance of the solution(s). Additionally, you will:
- Partner with business users to document current-state processes and define future-state requirements.
- Provide introductory training to new users and topic-specific guidance to existing users.
- Propose and evaluate improvements to existing ERP functionality.
- Support testing, validation, and user acceptance activities.
- Create functional and training documentation.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across business units.
Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience working with Epicor ERP.
- Hands-on experience working within ERP-centric environments, supporting business-critical systems.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners.
- Excellent interpersonal and communications.
- Ability to work independently and also under guidance.
- Solid relationship building capability.
- Strong verbal communication skills., * Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
