Job description

  • Definición de la estrategia de monitorización.
  • Diseño y configuración de dashboards y trazabilidad.
  • Establecimiento de estándares de observabilidad (instrumentación, visualización, alertado).
  • Tecnologías y herramientas requeridas:
  • Grafana, ELK Stack (ElasticSearch, Logstash, Kibana).
  • Dynatrace (tener en cuenta diferencias de licenciamiento en modalidad SaaS sobre cloud).
  • Scripting: conocimiento en Python, Shell, etc.
  • OpenTelemetry como framework estándar para observabilidad.
  • Objetivo funcional:
  • Asegurar que todo lo que se monitoriza en Mainframe se extienda también al entorno Cloud.
  • Unificar y normalizar la observabilidad entre entornos tradicionales y modernos

Requirements

  • Experiencia práctica en aplicaciones Dynatrace y ELK Stack
  • Experiencia en Monitoreo de Aplicaciones Backend/Frontend y servidores Linux.
  • Experiencia en monitoreo de entornos de nube pública (AWS/Azure/GCP) y cargas de trabajo en contenedores orquestadas por Kubernetes.
  • Elaboración de documentación técnica y capacitaciones.
  • Exposición a ServiceNow y familiaridad con los procesos ITIL.
  • La experiencia con automatización (utilizando Jenkins, Python, scripts de Shell) es una ventaja.
