At Lognext we have been accompanying companies and teams for more than 18 years to identify and implement the technology necessary to advance, making their challenges and objectives our own and getting closer to their reality.Therefore, being a NEXTER means that your career and talent become meaningful to you and those around you, allowing you to build what matters most to you and reach your next level.We are looking for a Wintel Administrator to join our team for a multinational leader in the financial services sector.Maintain performance in a demanding service environment with critical services (thousands of virtual servers and hundreds of physical ones).Ensure high availability of the infrastructure.Administer infrastructure through scripting.Vulnerability remediation, obsolescence management, and proactive improvement.Support and execution of action plans related to incidents and new projects.Maintain architecture and access controls.Collaborate following ITIL methodology.On-site support in rotating shifts (8-hour days between 7:00 and 19:30).On-call support (24/7 shifts with special compensation).Minimum 8 years of experience in similar roles.Strong experience with physical servers from various vendors: Dell, IBM, HP.Windows Server **, **, ** support and troubleshooting.Scripting with PowerShell.Active Directory knowledge (GPO’s, Kerberos, DNS).Security patching experience.High English spoken and written (B2/C).Experience with VMware, Hyper-V, Openstack.Knowledge of antivirus agents and ePo.SAN disk management on Windows.Development in other languages.Ansible and Ansible Tower knowledge.Ticketing tools experience.Job Conditions & Benefits: Work Mode: Hybrid, with 4 days remote and 1 day in-person in Madrid (flexible).Professional Development: Access to an annual budget dedicated to advancing your skills through professional certifications.Join our expert team, where creativity, commitment and the ability to bring new perspectives are essential to make a difference in a world full of opportunities.
