You will investigate complex issues, identify root causes, support deployments, develop operational tools and contribute to improving the reliability and efficiency of our platforms.What will you do?ProvideL2/L3 technical support and troubleshootingacross products and production services.Investigate incidents, analyze logs and performroot-cause analysis.Monitor production environments and identify performance, availability and reliability issues.Develop and maintain operational tools using technologies such asPython, Java, Perl and Shell scripting.Support software deployments acrossstaging and production environments.Troubleshoot connectivity and application issues usingTCP/IP and protocol-tracing tools.Work withLinux/Unix, SQL, databases, JBoss/WildFly, XML, SOAP and web services.Support environments involvingAWS, high availability, load balancing and clustering.Collaborate with global teams and customers during technical incidents and ensure appropriate communication and follow-up.Participate inon-call activities, provide on-site support and travel internationally when required.Take ownership of assigned products, platforms or technical components.What are we looking for?Degree inComputer Engineering, Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Science or a related field.3+ years of experience with Linux/Unix, preferably Red Hat Enterprise Linux.Solid knowledge ofTCP/IP, networking and troubleshooting tools.Experience withSQL and database concepts.Experience withShell scripting.Experience withXML, SOAP, web services and application servers, preferably JBoss/WildFly.Understanding ofsoftware deployments and production environments.Advanced English, written and spoken.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in afast-paced international environment.Willingness to participate in on-call activities and travel when required.Nice to haveExperience in one or more of the following will be valued:Telco / Mobile environments

Requirements

Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Science or a related field . 3+ years of experience with Linux/Unix , preferably Red Hat Enterprise Linux. Solid knowledge of TCP/IP, networking and troubleshooting tools . Experience with SQL and database concepts . Experience with Shell scripting . Experience with XML, SOAP, web services and application servers , preferably JBoss/WildFly. Understanding of software deployments and production environments . Advanced English , written and spoken.
