Senior Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud Consultant

Due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced Salesforce Consultant with a strong background in the Healthcare & Life Sciences (HLS) sector.In this role, you will partner with leading pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, and healthcare organizations to design and implement innovative Salesforce solutions that drive customer engagement, commercial excellence, and digital transformation.As a trusted advisor, you will lead complex projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help clients unlock the full potential of the Salesforce ecosystem.What Youll DoLead end-to-end Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud implementation and transformation projects.Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.Advise clients on industry best practices across pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device organizations.Design innovative solutions leveraging Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud and related Salesforce products.Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions with both business and technical teams.Collaborate closely with developers, architects, business analysts, and project managers.Drive user adoption, process optimization, and organizational change initiatives.Ensure compliance with industry regulations, data governance standards, and quality requirements.Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the growth of the Salesforce practice.Support pre-sales activities, solution demonstrations, and proposal development.What Were Looking For4+ years of Salesforce consulting experience.Experience delivering Salesforce projects within pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or healthcare organizations.Exposure to Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud is highly desirable.Strong understanding of HCP/HCO management, customer engagement strategies, field force effectiveness, and commercial operations.Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and the Salesforce Platform.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to facilitate workshops and engage with senior client stakeholders.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and consulting capabilities.Fluent English communication skills.Whats In It For You?
