This is an exceptional permanent IT Applications Manager - ERP / HR opportunity to join a growing organisation undergoing significant technology, operational and business transformation.

The IT Applications Manager - ERP / HR role Hybrid starting with 4 days a week on site in Farringdon then drops down to 2 days a week once up to speed (and the other days working from home) Therefore, you must be based at a commutable distance.

As IT Applications Manager - ERP / HR, you will provide strategic leadership, governance, development, integration and continual improvement across the organisation’s enterprise applications landscape. The IT Applications Manager - ERP / HR will work closely with Infrastructure, Service Management, Cyber Security, Architecture, PMO, Finance, HR, Commercial and operational stakeholders to ensure core business applications support operational excellence, digital transformation and business integration. The IT Applications Manager - ERP / HR will own application strategy, portfolio governance, supplier performance, data quality, reporting, automation and application rationalisation, ensuring platforms are secure, scalable, cost-effective and aligned to business objectives. The IT Applications Manager - ERP / HR will also play a key role in mergers and acquisitions, leading application due diligence, integration planning, consolidation, migration and business continuity across acquired organisations. Strong enterprise applications, ERP, HR systems, Workday, COINS ERP, KRONOS, Snowflake, SharePoint, digital transformation, vendor management, stakeholder management and application governance experience are essential as IT Applications Manager - ERP / HR.

• Proven commercial experience as an Applications Manager managing enterprise business apps
• Application strategy, roadmap, governance, standards, policies and lifecycle management
• ERP, HR, finance, planning, collaboration, data, CRM
• Workday, Adaptive Planning, COINS ERP, KRONOS, Snowflake, SharePoint Online or similar enterprise platforms
• Digital transformation, automation, workflow and low-code / no-code adoption
• M&A application due diligence, integration, consolidation, migration and business continuity
• Data governance, reporting, analytics, data quality, integrations and enterprise insight platforms
• Supplier and vendor management including SLAs, service reviews
• Strong stakeholder engagement

Desirable skills as IT Applications Manager - ERP / HR

• Consulting, construction, engineering, manufacturing
• Experience with Autodesk, Prosapien, Primavera P6, Bentley or similar operational platforms
• AI or Microsoft Power Platform experience
• MS, ITIL, Agile, PRINCE2, PMP certifications
• Degree in IT, Business Systems, Computer Science or related discipline
• Microsoft Power Platform or project management certifications
