System Administrator

We are seeking a skilled and proactive System Administrator to manage and maintain our Microsoft Windows-based infrastructure. This role is critical to ensuring the stability, security, and performance of our IT systems and services. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Windows Server environments, Active Directory, virtualization platforms, and network troubleshooting., * Install, configure, and maintain Windows and Linux Servers

• Administer Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP
• Install and administer Microsoft Hyper-V
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability
• Research and deploy security patches and mitigations
• Coordinate with vendors for server deployments and support
• Maintain line-of-business applications and ensure operational continuity
• Assist with administration of the phone system
• Provide technical support to end-users for hardware and software issues
• Perform regular system backups and recovery operations
• Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps
• Travel to branches to install or troubleshoot equipment

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in systems/network administration or related field
• 3-5 years of experience supporting Windows-based IT environments
• Proficiency with Windows Server 2016+, Active Directory, and Hyper-V
• Experience with Debian/Ubuntu Linux
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor, * Technical certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Microsoft MCSA/MCSE)
• Experience with Cisco networking and phone systems
• Familiarity with cloud services, particularly Microsoft 365
• Basic PowerShell scripting for automation
