You will work alongside our other engineers to shape the architectural framework of our applications, code intricate frontend components, and orchestrate the deployment of the final product that is seen in millions of homes worldwide.Key responsibilities:Improve architecture and coding standards in the frontendEnsure projects are delivered on time and developers are working effectivelyParticipate and assist in setting the long-term direction, roadmaps, and standards for the web appDesign, code, test, maintain and deliver features of the web appFollow the processes for software development and documentationConduct code reviews of work done by other engineers in the teamWork with backend engineers, product managers, and UX designers to deliver new featuresEstablish and track SLAs (internal and external), KPIs, and team objectivesWhat makes you a great fit:7+ years of relevant experience as a JavaScript developer with ReactExpertise in HTML5, CSSExperience with CypressExperience consuming RESTful APIsKnowledge of computer science fundamentals and a strong understanding of SOLID principles and software architecture best practicesLove for writing clean, modular code in a fast-paced, agile development modelNice to have:Experience developing web apps for Smart TVsExperience with the HTML5 video player and other players (HLS.js, Shaka Player)Experience integrating Ads platforms (VAST)Hiring process:Throughout the process, you’ll meet different members of our team and get a real sense of how we work, collaborate, and shape our culture every day.
