Hybrid Merchant Solutions Engineer: Eu & Global

MultiSafepay is a leading payment service provider, offering omnichannel and advanced payment solutions to businesses across Europe.We are innovative and fast-growing, building powerful solutions that transform the way our clients do business.We focus on delivering real solutions to their challenges and always stay ahead of the curve.About the RoleWe are looking for a hybrid technical and client-facing professional to join our European growth engine.In this role, you will own the complex, high-value technical conversations that sit between pre?sales engineering and post?sales strategic success.You will work across two complementary product stacks:MultiSafepay - EU?centric acquiring built for omnichannel commerce with deep local expertise and payment method coverage.Antom - Global payment solutions covering tokenisation, payout capabilities, risk management, connected commerce, and a broad range of global payment methods.Reporting to the Solutions Architect, you will be a core part of our growth strategy, helping unlock revenue opportunities across subscriptions and recurring payments, omnichannel commerce, and platform?enabled business models.You will engage directly with merchants and platform partners at an API, architectural, and business?logic level while collaborating with teams across functions and regions.What you’ll do:Own the full technical relationship with strategic merchants and platform partners.Lead technical scoping calls and design end?to?end payment architectures (tokenisation, recurring billing, omnichannel, payouts)Guide merchants through integration across two product stacks: MultiSafepay (EU) and Antom (global)Troubleshoot complex issues at the API, webhook, and business?logic level, working directly with merchant engineering teamsSpot and unlock upsell opportunities within existing integrations (e.G. upgrading basic recurring to smart dunning + tokenisation)Feed merchant requirements back into product roadmaps and help shape what we build nextWhat you’ll have:3-5 years in a client?facing technical role at a PSP, gateway, or fintech (solutions engineering, technical account management, or similar)Solid API fluency: comfortable in Postman, reading Swagger/OpenAPI docs, and building lightweight proofs of conceptWorking knowledge of payment fundamentals: tokenisation, 3DS, recurring mandates, reconciliation, settlementExperience with platform or headless integrations (subscription platforms, marketplaces, composable commerce stacks)Fluent in Spanish and EnglishMandarin is a genuine bonus given our Antom partnership, but not a dealbreaker.Why join us?Unlock revenue opportunities - directly influence growth by identifying and enabling upsell and cross?sell.Dual product stack: master both MultiSafepay (EU?centric) and Antom (global optimisation).Global exposure - work daily with teams across multiple regions.Location: Malaga offers excellent quality of life, a growing tech scene, and great connectivity.Growth journey: join us at an exciting stage and help shape our European solutions practice.#J-*****-Ljbffr
