Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related fieldwith minimum 5+ years software development / automation engineering.
  • Built production-grade automation, not just scripting.
  • Modular code, testing, logging, error handling, maintainability.
  • Branching, PRs, code reviews, CI/CD practices.
  • Created and supported workflows for validation, testing, deployment, and promotion.
  • Demonstrated real-world use for coding, refactoring, troubleshooting, and productivity.
  • Experience converting manual operational processes into automated, auditable workflows.
  • Prior Control-M preferred, but strong automation engineers with scheduling aptitude are acceptable.
  • Strong incident ownership and communication skills
