This is a contractrole for an Information Technology Team Leader/Manager in ourprestigious client office located in the heart of Barcelona(Spain). The Contractorwill be responsible for overseeing the day -to -day operations ofthe IT team, participating to IT projects, ensuring the securityand integrity of data, providing technical support to employees,and implementing and maintaining IT systems. This role islocated in Barcelona and requires on -site presence. Create aninspiring team environment with an open communication culture Set clear team goals Delegate tasks andset deadlines Oversee day -to -day operation Monitor teamperformance and report on metrics Motivate team members Listen to teammembers’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts Recognize highperformance and reward accomplishments Encouragement creativity Act as a BusinessPartner with relevant stakeholders (CEO, COO etc.) RequirementsStrong knowledgeand experience in IT infrastructure management Expertise innetwork and system integration Experience inproject management and leading IT teams Knowledge of ITILprinciples and best practices Capable to buildTechnical documentation Excellentproblem -solving and troubleshooting skills Strongcommunication and leadership skills Ability to workindependently and effectively manage priorities Experience in thetech industry or similar role is a plus Bachelor’s orMaster’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, ora related field Proficiency inEnglish and Spanish (preferred) BenefitsCompany Laptop Flexible workinghours Hybrid teleworkingpolicy (up to 3 days of remote work per week)
